bet. Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the bet. website and app ("bet.", "we", "us"). By using bet. you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use bet.

1. What bet. is

bet. is an information service. It shows odds published by sportsbooks and prediction markets for the NFL, college football, the NBA and college basketball; our own model's estimates for NFL games and some NFL player props (labeled "Model edge (beta)"); "market edges", which compare each book's price with the no-vig price of sharp books and exchanges; and tools to compare and track bets.

bet. is not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, accept deposits, hold funds, pay winnings or act as an agent for any sportsbook or prediction market. Any bet you place is a contract between you and the operator you place it with, under that operator's terms.

2. Information only, not advice

Everything on bet. is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation that you place any bet. Model estimates, "edges", "EV", fair prices and track records are opinions produced by software. They can be wrong.

You decide whether to bet, how much, and where. You are responsible for those decisions.

3. Who can use bet.

You must be at least 18 years old to use bet. and to create an account. Links and offers for sportsbooks (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, Fanatics, theScore Bet, BetRivers, bet365 and Novig) are only for users 21 and older, who confirm once that they are 21 or older and located where sports betting is legal. Users aged 18 to 20 see prediction markets (Kalshi and Polymarket) only. Only use bet. where sports betting or prediction markets are legal for you, and only bet with operators licensed where you are located. It's your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.

3a. Accounts

You can use bet. without an account. To create one you need a valid email address and a password, and you must give your date of birth so we can confirm you are 18 or older. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3b. Subscriptions and the free trial

bet. has a free plan and a paid plan, bet. Pro ($19.99 a month or $149 a year, plus any applicable tax). Prices and features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Free trial. New subscribers can start a 10-day free trial of Pro. A card is required to start the trial. Before checkout we show the price after the trial, the date the first charge happens and how to cancel, and you must confirm that you understand you'll be charged on that date unless you cancel.
Reminder. We email you 2 days before the trial converts to a paid plan.
Cancelling. Cancel at any time in Account, under Manage subscription. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then ends; we don't refund partial periods except where the law requires.
Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
One free trial per account. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms.

3c. Responsible use

You can pause all odds and edges for 1, 7 or 30 days from Account. A break can't be shortened or undone early. We may limit features to protect users.

4. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past results, including our track record, don't predict future results. We don't guarantee that any estimate is accurate, that any bet will win, or that following bet. will make money. Most bettors lose money over time.

5. Accuracy and availability of data

Odds, lines, injury news, weather and other data come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Prices change quickly. Always check the final price and terms with the operator before you bet. We may change, pause or stop any part of bet. at any time.

6. Links to sportsbooks and other sites

bet. links to sportsbooks, prediction markets and other third-party sites, sometimes with your selections pre-filled. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, terms, availability or conduct. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse bet. That includes scraping it at scale, interfering with its operation, trying to access parts you aren't authorized to use, or using it to break any law.

8. Our content

The bet. software, design, model outputs and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use bet. for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

bet. is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any betting losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of bet. 10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, note the change in the app. Continuing to use bet. after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law
