bet. is an information tool. We don't take bets or hold funds, but we know people use what we publish to make betting decisions. Please bet responsibly.
If you need help now

Ground rules
- You must be 21 or older to use bet. Only bet where it's legal for you, and only with licensed operators.
- Treat betting as paid entertainment, not as a way to make money. Most bettors lose over time.
- No model, edge or track record guarantees a win. Past results don't predict future results.
- Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never borrow to bet or bet money meant for bills.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach either one.
- Don't chase losses by betting more to win money back.
- Parlays and same-game parlays carry much more risk than single bets, even when each leg looks good.
- Don't bet when you're upset, stressed or have been drinking.
Warning signs
Consider talking to someone if you notice any of these:
- betting more than you planned, or more often
- hiding your betting from family or friends
- feeling anxious or irritable when you aren't betting
- borrowing money or selling things to bet
- betting to escape problems or to win back losses
- betting getting in the way of work, school or relationships
Tools that can help
- Operator limits. Licensed sportsbooks and prediction markets let you set deposit, wager and time limits, take a cool-off break, or self-exclude. Look for "Responsible Gaming" in your account settings.
- State self-exclusion programs. Most states with legal betting let you exclude yourself from all licensed operators in that state. Search for your state's gaming commission self-exclusion program.
- Blocking software. Apps such as Gamban and BetBlocker can block gambling sites and apps on your devices.
